| Why do I have to install Flash (a plug-in for Web Browsers) in order to look at your new site? | If you are using an older browser you may have to install the browser plug-in. The site should guide you through the process relatively quickly. Most newer browsers should have flash already in place. |
| Why do you use Flash on your site? | Flash was incorporated as a design element in order to give the site an exciting look and feel. We felt that it embodied Enhanced Life Styles in the sense that we are constructing a facility that will offer the most advanced staff and services available. |
| Is there an alternative to using the Flash-based site that is also ADA compliant? | We developed a Non-Flash version of Enhanced Life Styles that offers nearly identical information to the Flash site. Links to this version are available from anywhere within ELS. Look for the text "Enter HTML Version" on each page. |
| What is a cookie? | A cookie is information that is stored on your computer that "remembers" you from visit to visit, so you do not have to reinput information. If you are not comfortable with storing this information when you are logged in, simply choose the option to not save this information, although you will have to re-enter your password with each visit. |
